aventron produces over one terawatt hour of renewable electricity, generating a profit of around 13 million Swiss francs

aventron exceeded the 1 billion kilowatt hour mark in production for the first time in the 2020 financial year, generating a total output of CHF 107.1 million.

aventron significantly increased production in the 2020 financial year to 1,054 (previous year 903) gigawatt hours (GWh). According to unrevised calculations, the good earnings from the power plants in six European countries led to a total output of CHF 107.1 (105.2) million. Weather-related record low electricity market prices in Norway were one of the reasons for slightly lower than expected net revenues. EBIT reached CHF 31.5 (32.4) million with an EBIT margin of 29.4 (30.8) percent.
aventron expanded its portfolio of wind, solar and small hydropower plants by 58 MW to 604 MW in the 2020 financial year. This means that aventron achieved the target it had set itself. Notable projects include the 8 MW La Chappelle Baloue wind farm in France, the 12.4 MW Gismarvik wind farm in Norway, both under construction, and Agere's 10 MW rooftop PV portfolio in the canton of Ticino.

aventron will publish its audited consolidated financial statements on 24 March 2021.
